Training Registration Information & Policies

FEES & LENGTH OF SESSION:

PUPPY CLASS - $165.00 – 6-week session, one hour a week.
FOUNDATION 1 - $185.00 – 7-week session – first class two hours, remaining 6 weeks, one hour a week.
ALL OTHER SIX WEEK CLASSES - $165.00 – 6 week session, one hour a week.

YOUR DOG MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL VACCINATIONS AND MUST HAVE BEEN INOCULATED FOR KENNEL COUGH WITHIN THE LAST YEAR. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF VACCINATION RECORDS AND LICENSE EACH YEAR. WE ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO HAVE A COPY OF YOUR DOG’S LICENSE ON FILE.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO CLASS:

A copy of your dog’s vaccination records & dog license.
Dog needs to be on a flat collar – no choke or prong collars.
Dog needs to be on a 6’ leash – no retractable leashes.
Soft dog treats.
For your convenience, all training equipment that we recommend is available at our center.

OUR ONLY RESTRICTIONS:

Female dogs in season cannot be allowed at the center.
Dogs that are ill or have fleas cannot be admitted to class.

MAKE-UP AND REFUND POLICIES:

If you cancel at least one week before class, you will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 1 week before class, you may transfer your registration to a class within the next two months, but no refund is available.
No refunds or changes are available after the first class.
We are not able to offer refunds or pro-rate for missed classes, but we will be happy to provide you with the written materials. If you miss a class you may make it up at a different time or on another day (as available) or in the next month’s session.
Please check your schedule carefully as we cannot make switches once you have registered.
For illness, injuries, or dogs in season, we will make individual arrangements with you.
