Day Care

Give your dog some fun, exercise and stimulation while he plays with his canine and human friends. Dogs are out playing in supervised groups all day except for two short naptimes.

Every dog must have an evaluation before starting so that we can assign him to the appropriate play group. Please call to schedule an appointment well in advance.

What We Need from You:

   Copy of current vaccination records - Dog must be current on all shots

·        DHLPP and Rabies – (routinely given)

·        Bordetella is required

Medication with instructions (if applicable)

Dog Information form and signed release

ALL DOGS MUST WEAR A FLAT COLLAR AND A NAME TAG

WE ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO HAVE A COPY OR YOUR DOG LICENSE ON FILE

Female dogs “in season” cannot attend

Dog-aggressive dogs cannot attend

Dogs must be in good health
